1. In the event of flight cancellation by the airline (due to dense fog, prolonged rain, or winds exceeding 20 km/h), there will be no refund, and the flight will be rescheduled.
2. Cancellations and rescheduling are not possible for reasons other than those stated above. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
3.- Rescheduling will be valid 1 week in advance of the scheduled date.
